Terrible experience. Ordered a part over the phone, was told to pay online before pickup. I did — but when I arrived 3 hours later, the part wasn’t even pulled. They “forgot.” Told me to come back the next day. Asked for a refund and was … More told it was fine — only to be hit later with a surprise 25% fee. Manager did absolutely nothing to fix it. Usually things go good when I get in things from them recently just got a K frame from them. It was labeled as grade an apparently I guess that must mean for stability of the metal however, it was a decent amount of surface. Russ, the vapor … More canister, two bolts was rusted beyond belief straight to the frame, and the brackets that held the bolt in place was also rusted to the point where they easily snapped off so now I can’t put it on the car because it won’t hold the vapor Canister in place which is wasting money on a frame that I can’t do nothing with to me. The best experience ever! Our car had engine faliure at the worst timing ever, and buying a new car was not an option. They found a replacement in no time, got an excellent price, they even let us pay in installments.

He also recommended a mechanic called Adam who gave us a good cost to replace engine, and he did a great job! Changed all the liquids, we picked up the car and drove to Canada and back! Perfect condition. Plus it took only 3 days to the work done!
This is where we are going everytime we need any parts or repairs. I am so glad we found this place. Highly highly recommend!!
